Converting a .jpg logo into Java instructions

I have a .jpg logo of size 2383x2855 that is wasting valuable space in my application. I need someone to encode the drawing in the form of Java painting instructions to be able to draw it at any desidered resolution. The final code should use Java 2D Graphics only, with no external library and the code must be as terse as possible.
