I will to build something similar but basic to Questionmark Perception Authoring Manager. It should have the following features: 1. Author multiple choice question only as in attached screen shot. With ability to add text, picture, audio and video. 2. It should be able to generate a text file in the format in [[login to view URL]] attached. 3. It should be able encrypt and decrypt the text file its generated.

I developed a multiple choice quiz management subsystem as part of my last project. It is both simple and flexible. The text is HTML so it can contain pictures and even embed video. I allow for multiple/partial answers. I can't provide access to the live system but can send you screenshots of the quiz and admin section if you sent me a PM. I can't initiate PMs on my side.
