I am looking for someone who can create an audio/video web conferencing application in .Net technology. The application should have the following features. 1. Website only 2. Audio/video conference. 3. Accessible from a computer, windows or apple via a web browser 4. Upload a word, PDF, excel or PowerPoint file to the meeting to show to others 5. Chat visible box while having the meeting 6. Other details to follow, but these are the basics I have a recommendation for using WebRTC to develop it or you can suggest some other techniques that you are comfortable with.
