Custom LCD display

Hello, I am looking for an electrical engineer to create the following: I want an LCD display, similar to the LCD picture frames. What this will do is have a computer with Wifi, most likely something simple like Raspberry pi. I want the LCD to be touchscreen, with a simple user interface. Basically, what this will do is connect to a website, I will give that information later, and the user enters their username and password for that site. then they will be able to view their content from that site onto the LCD. So, if they have pictures on the website, the LCD would wirelessly scroll through pictures. I do not want to limit to pics, as it could do videos, advertisements, etc... Please give me two quotes, first how much it would cost to create, and how much it would be to mass produce them. Thanks, J
