C++ desktop app to catch external events

The program must be written in pure C++ maybe using WIN API, it should not use any third party framework, as the code must be kept simple. Of course if you use C++ Builder XE then this framework is welcome.

The program must catch all keyboard and mouse events !!!

External and internal events, when program is active and inactive, working in background as well. The keyboard events most of them is key down, key up, multiple key comination like Shit+Key+Num , program must catch all possible combitation of events from keyboard, multiple keydown , keyup, ect..

Also Mouse events like right click, left click, wheel, drag and drop, double click, all posible mouse and keyboard events.

The program must catch mouse events from any position of screen and from any other program, key events from anywhere.

The program will catch events and write them in a text file, like a log file.

It must save lines in this format:

for mouse

Event Type | Screen X and Y coordinates | Time of event catch | Event details(params)

for keyboard

Event Type | Key details | Time of event | Event Params

Also program, must have option to simulate a keyboard or mouse event. It must have a text box of select box where i enter event details or select it, and then click on button and program must generat that event.

That's all. It is pretty simple this program, it school task, a program to catch events , to generate events , some text box or select box , one button. thats all.

I will pay $30 for this.
