Check Formatting Program Rewrite

We're looking to have someone rewrite and update our software program, CheckMAN. CheckMAN is a check formatting software for individuals and businesses that want to accept checks over the phone, online or by fax. Essentially they take the client's information, enter it into the program and the program formats it to print on our check paper. The program needs to be able to store customer information and be able to import a flat file (i.e. csv, excel etc). A new feature we'd like to see in CheckMAN is the ability to integrate with web forms that we host on our own servers. That could mean that the web form stores the information in a database and a file with the customer's info can either be emailed to the merchant or downloaded for import. We'd also like to look into the ability to have a branded version of the software created as well as one that we can private label or make generic.
