Audacity Audio software expert wanted

**I want to make my own digital subliminal recording software using an existing software called (Audacity) I have the Source Code and it is a free software I am allowed to play around with.

All I want to do is rename the software (Audacity) to (Lee Subliminal Builder).

I will want this to work on Windows 7 bit-32 and bit-64**
