Phase 1: (Program will be based on "Phases" aka "Milestones"

Program language: VB/.Net C/C++ C# (if you think this can be complied in Java and run stable I would not care. These are the languages I am familiar with but if you feel you can meet the specifications, So be it. Place your bid)

First phase :

Build bot structure.

I would like the bot to communicate using "AIML" (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language

AIML is an XML-compliant language)

Multiple account log ins (all major IM providers skype,msn,yahoo,aim)

Multiple AI conversations with manual over ride

Conversation logging

Block list

Accept friend request

Mass buddy group messaging

User friendly graphic interface

Auto restart timer

"?" with "help bubbles" to explain certain features

Timer

Real time error log (ability to choose where log files are saved/recorded)

Like stated above, this is just the first phase of a multiple phase program. Stablility, speed, and user friendly features are all major areas of focus.
