Create Verifone Sim.DLL -> VCL or OCX adapter component

I am trying to get Verifone's Payware SIM ActiveX control to work in Borland C++ Builder 4 Enterprise.? I know how to import an ActiveX control into this environment when it is distributed as an OCX file, but this control is distributed as a DLL only.? According to Verifone this is because it is a .NET component, and .NET environments (such as VB.NET) are able to use the DLL directly. ? Unfortunately, Borland C++ Builder 4 does not support .NET. I am looking for someone to create a go-between component, (written preferrably in C#) that can utilize Verifone's [login to view URL] component, that can be ? brought into C++ Builder's visual component palette, and will work with C++ Builder 4 Enterprise.? ? I do not need a FULL implementation of the [login to view URL] components. ? I need enough to be able to process both credit card transactions and pin-based debit card transactions (using pin pad).
