CRM On-Premise Server

We are in need of an individual or company that can help us with our small business server. We are attempting to utilize MS Dynamics CRM On-Premise and are experiencing many difficulties due to lack of experience. The server is partially completed. Experience in Server 2012, IIS, ADDS, DNS, ADFS, IFD, CRM and PowerMailChimp. The individual or company hired for this task must be able to work independently and identify existing problems within the environment that is preventing it to function properly. All existing installs and obstacles can be explained in great detail. Basically, what we need is a well rounded individual or company who has experience is setting up a CRM Production Server, Networking experience and the ability to troubleshoot existing problems. Most of the work is done, we need someone to tweak it to work. Easily understandable English speaking individual or company is a must.
