As, you need to batch your CRM data to this application. The Best way to update your CRM from my application in below way: 1. In my application I will create replica tables for all functional area. For Ex: tbl_User and a replica one tbl_User_replica. 2. For any modification I will insert a row in each tables. 3. I will create a windows service which will run in Server and will execute in each 15 mns. 4. Windows service will go through with the replica tables and will get the values to insert in your CRM. 5. After successful insertion we will delete the row from the replica tables. So, from above architecture you can understand that we are going to synch only modified data which will causing less synch time. Another point we need to distinguish by different clients so that we can use thread and can fire synchronization at the same time for multiple clients. In my current application me and my client is working hard in a same situation. I always learn from my past and do not want to repeat it again. So, please set a discussion round where you will give me a clear idea that how you are planning to batch between database? Regarding Payment- I need your payment gateway before award the project. Regarding File Handling: I would suggest to keep the file in Third party like Amazon bucket, Google Drive etc.

I have few queries from the document 1)Login Only admin can setup users ? or there will be any registration process for users ? 2) A figure showing number of payments made - A figure showing number of payments remaining - A figure showing amount in £ paid to date from where this data will be come ? because in make payment section you mentioned that "Should one of our clients miss a payment they we will want them to make catchup payments via debit card online" what if they haven't missed any payment ? from where those payments will be shown ? Please have a look: 1>What will be roles of subadmin? 2>you mentioned that admin can give user access to the subadmin. So what are the option or functions which will be available to the subadmin? Will Admin can decided the roles of each subadmin sparately? 3>Can only client upload the document or admin can also upload the document from backend of the website? 4>Will there be any payment system in the website.
