Build a Website

Our client is a multinational with over 3000+ partners. They are engaging in an online marketing campaign in conjunction with these partners and require a web solution to handle this campaign. What will happen: The partners will include a link to the website in their email marketing efforts. This link will have the URL, their partner ID, some other query strings with offer codes, Google analytics tracking codes, etc What needs to happen on the website: Once a person reaches the page via the custom link, the page must dynamically change in key places like logo, contact info, etc to reflect the partner's individual branding and show the relevant offers corresponding to what codes were entered in the hyperlink. If the site is visited organcally, then only standard content should be displayed. We would also like to have reporting which would show us some stats on the website as a whole + a breakdown of how individual partners are performing. The solution should be scalable, i.e. to include more pages, forms, etc. We would like someone to visualize a solution, recommend the relevant technologies involved and propose an action plan.
