Make a transact-SQL script for the first 2 pages of the CHF Exhibits case. [login to view URL] This data dictionary will help with the meanings of classes and attributes in the diagram: CHF Data [login to view URL] Your submission should be a single text with all the statements to create a database, a login and all the tables for the database. Also create indexes on all foreign keys. Here is a script file to get you started. Do not change the name of the database or the login information. If you can't record the data needed, it indicates either an error in design or an error in the translation of the class diagram into table structure.
