Hello, Our firm is working on this technology and want to increase the number of our working friends via project. This project is only a test project for us to decide our colleague. We want to continue work as freelancer as in this project. Qucik completion and quality are the most important things for us. We want work to be delivered in five days. And the budget is 100 dollar. Modules: - Patient registration module - User information and register module - Patient acceptance - Polyclinic - Sevice - Pharmacy and stock - Documentation module - Query module - Reporting module The details will be given later.

I have worked in the health informatics sector for the last 2 years and Microsoft Technologies for the last 8 years. I have very good skills with SQL server 2005/2008 and very good skills with the .NET environment. I have completed similar Projects when i designed a simple client tracker system for a Local hospital and worked with a team of 3 other developers for designing a Hospital Management software for a local district hospital.
