Digital Marketing - Retail Technology business

We are a Retail Technology Business looking for an ongoing provider of Digital Marketing for our business. Currently we have no in-house marketing employee and we feel we are to ad-hoc with our marketing. We, when possible (time constraints) currently send mail shots using Mail Chimp, we blog, we update our website, we interact on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+) and some other mediums. We would like this to be managed and updated including elements of graphical work by a marketing professional to increase our Brand exposure throughout our geographical segments.
We have a good understanding of marketing principles and have knowledge of what works and why, as a retail technology company we are busy helping our clients including e-commerce clients but feel that because we are busy with our client we are neglecting our own marketing requirements. We feel if we have this outsourced we will be more fruitful in our efforts.
