Adwords Campaign for iPhoneCaseGear.com

Hi, I want an Adwords campaign set up for my site, iPhoneCaseGear.com. Be as specific as possible in what you can do to have my site receive as much traffic as possible for my money. I'd like to begin with the smallest budget possible to test the traffic, and then to increase the spending over time. The key is obviously to make more money than I spend! I will hire the provider who explains what he can do for the site most clearly AND has the best rate. I want the winning provider to manage the campaign on an ongoing basis. He/she will do it all, ad creation, split testing, etc. You should be able to use Adwords Editor. If this works out, I'll have you set up campaigns for my other sites - I have many. Thanks!
