Bing Map image processing and analysis

Prject Name - Bing Map image processing and analysis ---Objective--- 1.0 - Using Bing! Maps as the source, an application needs to take a snapshot of a building using a street level view and save it to a designated folder. 1.1 - If street level view is not available then the image needs to be fully zoomed in with the front of the house in view using "Birds Eye View". 2.0 - After these images (approx 1900) have been collected, they each need to reviewed and details of the surroundings need to be recorded. 2.1 - The details of the images can be saved in a standalone database. Preferable format to be decided after seeing user demo's. ---Image requirements--- -Must be in jpg format at 512x384px, 72 or 144 dpi -Image must be taken in color -Images must be in a directory that the database can move with ---Application Requirements--- -Database must NOT have the images embedded into the data file. -Must have an interface that is simple, clean and easy to understand with minimal instruction -database and interface must not rely on a server back-end to operate -User must be able to edit database records -Application must be of a standard type -Application must be able to operate on 32 or 64bit platforms -Must have query function -Must pull images and views using the Bing! Maps system -Must have ability to fall back to full zoom in using bird's eye view if Street View is not available for a particular address -Application needs to display the original property details, the image at the size mentioned, and the analysis notes in the main view ---Misc Info--- 1-A database will be provided to the user who wins the project that contains all of the property locations that need to be processed. 2-The analysed property notes will need to be in a separate database with image references and maintain the property address when reviewing the finished product 3-A web interface to a standalone database file will suffice but must not require special software to operate (ms access) 4- There are approximately 2000 addresses that need to be analyzed. If you can't do the project in the short time frame provided then please do not bid. ---Time Frame--- 5 business days from win to finished product. All addresses must have a detail and will be checked for quality. MUST USE BING MAPS, NO EXCEPTIONS. PM with questions.
