Crystal Reports - On Center Software

I require crystal report templates for Quick Bid ( [url removed, login to view] ) to create labour purchase orders for sub-contractors.

The reports are made from an MS access database that quick bid writes to. (I don't physically use MS access database).

I also need some existing crystal reports altered slightly, ie option for 1 report per page or page break after each report.

Material weights added and total weight.

I have attached an example purchase order i currently create in excel manually and the manual for quick bid on crystal reports.

If there is a way for you to make the pdfs that are produced have a couple of "form boxes" that can be filled in with a PDF reader that would be a bonus but this is not essential.
