Design a Product

Hi Am a qualified engineer with experience in design for manufacture and for 3D printing. I will be happy to take this on over the weekend. It looks as though your T shaped key on the mug must slot into something. I am willing to work with you through some design features and considerations to ensure it will work as you intend. I will use an engineering CAD package to produce the mug so all dimensions will be easily available and modifiable should you wish make any changes. Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive design experience. I have 9 international publications and 5 patents to my name. In past I have designed variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few. I also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers. I also have vacuum casting facility both for a range of polymers and aluminum. I can for sure help you with a manufacturing model that, depending on the requirements and dimensions of the T section, could potentially be made with a simple open-close mould (no rectractable cores that add cost).
