Animation or logo

We need a logo which will be supplied as an eps file to be animated so that the metal effect within the logo looks as if melted, moving and changing shape in a part, and would like a very creative way to make it. The Logo is being used within a flash animation we will be making so the file needs to be able to be exported as an fla file whic we can use It needs to be made by someone with some experience of an animation software, it cant be done in flash to get the efefct needed. For someone creative and familiar with an animation program I dont think it will be difficult task
