Create translatable OpenERP invoice report from pdf template

I need an invoice report for OpenERP created with a pdf as template. Since i am using German and English language, all the strings in the document should be translatable through OpenERP Administration.
I will have further tasks later - would appreciate to find an OpenERP expert to work on small tasks here and there for me.
