Assist with Project Management

In the last 6 months I have been taking care of re-constructing the managing processes and operative guidelines of a leading International Scientific Organization. It is present in more than 30 countries worldwide training more than 1500 students and running more than 150 courses each year. I need someone to help me in that. Support and advice me in these different activities: > international secretariat activity (invoicing, emails, webex and skype meeting) for the different training units and trainers worldwide > issuing students' certificates > database designing, population, updating and analysis (excel, word and power point, gDrive, etc): pure storing + controlling data > international congress' support activities > web-site re-designing and updating > everything needed to make the organization works again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Flexible hours and office (the candidate can take care of her/his tasks from everywhere she/he wants). We work mostly on-line by tasks and deadlines. I need an independent person who want to participate in this challenge. No office or other facilities will provided. It is offered an independence and controlled-by-tasks job in a young environment. The activities and the Organization are growing enormously.. There are possibilities of career but I am not able to tell you when. Everything is yet to come > 4 hours/day, 90-100 hours per month (at least, at the moment) > you have to be good with excel, power point and online storing system (google drive) > you have to be very good in English (written and spoken) mandatory > human touch, common sense, irony and reliability are mandatory > Italian is a plus > degree in administration or economics or math or information techs or wed-design are a plus > other language will be considered > age between 20-70
