Design me a Product

Hi. I require an external "Warp Box" that accepts up-to 2K HDMI video/audio source, applies geometric correction (image warping) to the video and outputs HDMI video (preserving the audio) in real-time. I'm looking for a go-to market that's below $300. The video that is input may be of various resolutions (e.g. 1920x1080, 1280 x 720, 1024 x 768) and the solution needs to dynamically determine the input resolution and apply the correct geometric correction (which will have to be authored and stored in a lookup table for the chip to reference) I requested info from these image processing chip companies that offer warping capabilities yesterday and haven't received further feedback yet: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'm not sure if TI's [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] chips could work. Even if I can get these chips I'd need to find a suitable commercially available control board with necessary accessories (e.g. memory, power) to make it work. I've never designed a hardware solution like this before (my day job is Applications Solution Architect) and I'm not sure if I'll need to design my own control board or use one that is commercially available. Purpose of this project: Find me the right components (chips, boards, accessories) that can meet my needs.
