I am also persuing my MS degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in CONTROL. Tu proyecto se puede hacer realidad usando un pequeño microprocesador con una entrada de medición analógica (podría ser un PIC12F675) acoplado con un modulo bluetooth para enviar las mediciones a algún dispositivo con una App. Me gustaría saber a que le quieres tomar la medición (agua, aire, cuerpo humano, maquinaria, etc) para saber que tipo de sensor se adapta a tu necesidad.
