Body Area Network: Temperature and Heart Rate monitor

I need a sensor to detect someone's pulse and temperature from fingertip or wrist. The sensor will use a TCRT1000 and a LM35 to detect the heart rate and body temp. MCP602 or LM358 op amp to increase gain. Using a Bluetooth module like a HC-05 and a PIC microcontroller, this will send the data collected from the sensor and transmit to a Raspberry Pi 3. This data will then display on screen. The sensor needs to be low cost/ small and low power. Can be powered using a coin cell battery or some kind of flex battery. Open to options. The data collected by the sensor needs to be either streamed over Bluetooth to the raspberry pi or stored on board the sensor until ready to transmit. I will need someone to design the schematic and PCB (using proteus) for me to build. Ideally you will have the components to test it on a breadboard. I will need the C Programming code for the PIC to read the data and send to the raspberry pi to display the information. Any information used to design the schematic (maths/ calculations etc) will be needed too. Code for Raspberry PI too to receive info to display on screen. PCB will be should be relatively small in the final design. Using single sided or double sided PCB.
