Develop All Metal RC Servo Design

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in gearbox design and worked with PWM based servo motors. In past I have done 10s of gearbox design projects and is also doing presently on this website for elevator. In past I have worked very extensively with Futaba and other manufacturers servos for RC aircraft and have also worked with 4 and 6mm coreless motors available on Microflight website for MAV design.
