Hi! I do a lot of architecture work in Max, and have scored in the top 1% of users here online at freelancer. Do interior and exterior work is a lot of fun for me, not just a job. The second pic you've linked to comes up empty for me, but the first pic of the theater is very cool. Is this the building? Very art nouveau! I can easily render some camera animations as well, for the 3D tour. For a bit more, I can put buildings right into a browser and have folks able to walk around in them, like a game, online.
