automate a process of cutting, editing and saving images winautomation

This is a project for experts with experienced with software named WinAutomation. We need to create banners (images) we actually take from the headlines of our ads that we have on a portal of online sales, currently use software named snagit to cut these images directly from the ads, afterwards we edit the image placing the title of advertising, price, and our phone using callouts. Finally it is saved in a folder with the name of the category of advertising and named the product name image with the title of ads plus its price. Here is the step by step: 1. go to [login to view URL] and login 2. go to active ads 3. go to the first ad to start with the list of products... 4. copy the head of the ad using software like photoshop or another.. i use snagit.... the idea is to capture an area of about 1000 x 520 pixels... look... 5. clean the cutted area where was the title 6. put the titled using a callout 7. put phone number using a callout too... 8. put price using another call out over the button in order to hide it... look 9. done.... 10 now save it.... 11 put into a folder named as the category of product and name the image as title besides its price... look... 12.. done..! now i have an image that i can share social media look [login to view URL] SPECIAL NOTE: 1)FREELANCER must to send us the flowchart and algorithm before starting to verify that the information is clear between both. 2)FREELANCER should include error handle programming 3)FREELANCER must to test several times by hisself before sending the project to ensure us everything is working out
