Banner - Replicate Web Banner JPG

Attached is a zip file named old_banner.jpg. I need that banner replicated but modified a bit. I created it in PhotoShop and need it redone in PhotoShop. My regular PC crashed and I do not have PhotoShop available and I need this banner redone ASAP. * What I need is for the Seal with the Scales to stay where it is. * I need the first photo removed. * I need the second photo placed where the first photo is now. * I need the third photo placed where the second photo is now. * And I need the fourth photo placed where the third photo is now. * I need the photo named [login to view URL] placed where the fourth photo is now. * I need the title banner to stay the same, with white letters and the translucent rectangle to stay. I would like it as a PhotoShop 7.0 PSD file and it must be made so that it is editable, I cannot use it if the images are flattened or merged so that I cannot change them next time. Size of banner must be exact as it is here and seal on right must be the same as well. Ask if you have any questions. I think this is a very small, very fast job, so I am bidding pretty low. Thanks for looking. ## Deliverables 1a) Deliver image in editable format in PhotoShop 7.0 PSD; all images and final banner remain my copyrighted material and cannot be used without permission. 1b)Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PhotoShop 7.0 PSD
