Alter some Images

I need a series of images put together, this is a relatively simple project. Add the necklace with the symbol enlarged (it should take be about 30% of her chest), add the turbaned guy staring at her, the other turbaned guy covering his face beside him, have a nice background (colorful), like the background for the turbaned guy in the picture. Finally, have that street sign, in the top right corner.
