Alter some Images

I have an animated pic which I need to be cleaned up in order to enlarge with clean lines and nice round curves and colors. The main still animation also needs to be altered in order to create 2 other themes, using the main pic as a base.
Expertise in display is what is needed, as the images will be used for t-shirts and other swag.
This is a simple project which should take no more than a few hours or so, as the base design is supplied to get you started. Once someone is picked, the alterations for the different themes will be supplied.
The final pics are to be done in Gimp as transparent - the attached pic is an example for your info, but a good copy will be sent.
