Alter Image - Help a good guy with his bad ex!

*Project goal is to alter ONE image to make ex girlfriend believe I bought her a flashy wedding ring months ago* Hey there, I am looking for graphic designer/ photoshop expert for a somewhat simple yet interesting job. I am 25 years old and had a girlfriend for the last two years that I very recently discovered was lying to me about just about everything in her life. I moved from San Diego to the Bay Area to be with her over a year ago, and have been forced to realize her second life consisting of constant infidelity (10+), diseases as a result of the infidelity, and the many other deceptions along the way. The only satisfaction I believe I can get out of this situation is to have her finally feel a drop of guilt for me spending the last years of my life as a lie, and totally defeated. I would like you to take an image of a receipt for a wedding ring - the picture may also have a wedding ring in it. And make it look as if I bought her a ring last year (thinking November 1 or so) and was waiting to give it to her. The idea is to show a valid looking receipt with my name on it showing I bought her an expensive ring. I plan to send it in a brief snapchat or something to show her what she missed out on, and hopefully let reality of what she did sink it. You will need to be creative and find an image or images to work from that are not easily searchable. As for receipt numbers I can use snapchat or something to cross them out later. The images I have included are just for reference. A classic ring from Tiffanys costing approx $6500 would be perfect for the job. Money is not an issue for this project.
