I am a 3D Artist with proven experience in game development, chraracter 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation skining. I offer my professional services to create the character using the Next-Gen tecniques, currently used in the development of games for concolas, PC and mobile devices. This in order to get the best results without hitting performance Graphics. Using textures as: Diffuse with AO, Norma, Specular. etc.
As for texturing, would give the textures in PSD with Layers and masks, and enumerated by layer, this so you can edit them quickly whenever necessary. For example: The color of the shirt in a Layer, the skin color in another, the hair in another, so that you can edit with simple colors in photoshop.
As marked in the project may be used more than 5,000 per character, as this game will be for PC and consoles, however 5000 is a sufficient number to guarantee a good result.
With regard to the Rigging, you would with Character studio, and so could reuse the animations to make and share among other characters with a biped rigging.
The skining, would ensure that no more than 4 vertices influencing a bone, as this would help the performance and realism when animating, ensuring a good deformation of the character. I can work with less influence, but it is not necessary for the platform to use.
