Cover old store name on pictures with a new one

I have 500 folders with pictures - on average they have 14-15 pictures each /some have 7-8 pictures, some have 20-25 pictures/. Not all the folders, but about 70% of them has pictures with a store name or a store link print on top. I need somebody to go over all folders and all pictures to check and where is need it cover the old info with my new store name and link in the best way possible.
