Color changes and cut outs applied to images

This is a simple project to start, with potential additional projects to follow depending on quality, speed and ease of working with the successful freelancer. A photo file will be provided in hi-res JPEG format which will be of farm tractors. 1. The tractor must be cut out from its original background and placed on a white background and then 4 pictures created based on the original, but the body color must be changed to be in 4 different body colors and a shadow added (see mock up). 2. All lettering (e.g. registration marks, manufacture models and names) are to be removed, but the tractor body color should retain their original hues/tones. 3. All source files will need to be kept, ideally working in Adobe Photoshop (with backwards compatibility to CS3) with layers and cutout of the shape of the tractors that has been used (a future project may be to add the image to variety of outside backgrounds). 4. There are 8 tractor pictures to be completed with the 4 colors - a total of 32 pictures in the final count. Each should file should be at its original resolution and in JPEG format. Attached is a mock up of the approximate result required. Also attached are the target colors and one example of a hi-res tractor image. The successful freelancer may choose to send the one original hi-res back with one color change applied as a prototype.
