detailed section with Level of Detail (LOD) @ 1:10 scale (redraw something)

I need to redraw the section on the end of page 2, with the level of detail from page 3 and 4. The section should be in 1:10 scale. To fit on an A0 page. It should be be laid out like the examples i have [login to view URL] design information (@ 1:100, 1:50 scale) and project details (@ 1:5, 1:2 scale) ..I need this completed in 3 days. The Section should be colored for material coding...colour legend/key is a must Include a suitable title panel to identify the unit, assignment, project (building and architect), student, student ID, date, bar scale and colour legend. Include a key plan or elevation @ 1:200 scale to show the section location and direction. just like the examples i have attached. I need a DWG format file thank you
