Background to be removed and images touched up

I have approximately 166 images. All the images have a background that I would like changing to white some are in a psd format they will also need converting to jpeg. I would also like the images to be touched up where necessary for a professional finish, please also resize the pictures to maximum 800x500 pixels (Do not enlarge any images!). An easy job for someone with photo-shop experience. You must also keep the original names / reference with the images. A professional, clean, crisp finish is required as the client is using these for a high quality website.
