css@media print coding

I have a web calendar that I am trying to complete for a large group of Boy Scout Volunteers. Everything is running well except for the printing capabilities. It is a large cgi program storing everything in flat files.

The html on screen does not print well, the coding for the print commands has been done using css@media styling. Any given month of the calendar is printing with far too many graphics, headers, footers, etc... This causes a single month to print on 3 pages.

I need it to include a print this page button that will print a stripped down version of the calendar in black & white and generally on one page in landscape mode. If the user has selected a 3 or a 12 month view, I would like the process to again print each month of the user's selection on one page preferablly, possibly if there are numerous events.

I do not have a large budget as this is all volunteer. As I said the css@media file is already started and working, it just does not strip away enough, plus in IE it does not print the right margin.

I can do the job. The stripping away of graphics and all seems simple enough. However, being totally frank, I say that I dont have much experience with css@media though. btw, I offer the lowest price, since, yeah, its Más
