Design MailChimp template WITHIN MAILCHIMP based on PSD

We have a half-done email template in MailChimp. The person doing this job will get a login to our MailChimp account and has to bring the template up to speed based on the design PSD provided. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU'RE THOROUGHLY FAMILIAR WITH MAILCHIMP. For content inside the template, mailchimp merge code should be used, like *|EMAIL|* for email address, *|UNSUB|* for unsubscribe link, etc. For the areas that have changing text and/or images, mailchimp edit areas must be defined with the mc:edit="somename" tags. The second of the two grey text boxes should be repeatable. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, DON'T APPLY. The work will be only accepted once the graphic designer audits and approves the template. This will be done by sending a test email, doing a screenshot, and comparing it as an overlay layer in Photoshop. If there are discrepancies, the work is not considered finished! As an example, please see the "test" layer in the PSD as an unacceptable submission. It follows from the above that please keep the placeholder text so that the screenshot is comparable. Also please note that the PSD was updated from the original design, so the breakdown into image elements is now different, the old images have to be discarded and the new ones need to be uploaded into mailchimp and used. Also please don't destroy the MailChimp recommended header code applicable to different email programs, and doing the style resets. I attached all applicable files to this project posting.
