Custom WordPress plugin

Hi, happy holidays to all and thanks for viewing this posting. I'm looking to hire somebody to develop a custom WordPress plugin for a project of mine. The closest to what I have in mind is the following plugin already on the market: [login to view URL] I would wish a plugin to enable cross category/subcategory browsing with a certain deal of flexibility: ability to exclude some categories (or simply, choose which ones to include), and enable the selection of multiple subcategories of the same category. I would wish the plugin to NOT be a copy of the example I provided, but rather a better/different one, enabling more options via the admin interface. (In fact, it could even NOT be a plugin, rather just a built-in function within the theme, I am open to this as well. If you have experience with both options and wish to quote on this, please specify.). I'll be awaiting your feedback. Please don't hesitate if you have any questions.
