Create Searchable Database of Emails and URL's to Verify their legitimacy

We are a manufacturer of anabolic products, and we have a growing based of distributors that sell our stuff. We need a way for customers to imput an email address of a suspected distributor of ours or a URL and get a Verification back that they are a real distributor or a fake. Similar to here [login to view URL], and here [login to view URL] [login to view URL] also has some type of code their distributors can download that contains their logo and when you are on one of their distributors sites and click on the logo it will take you to [login to view URL] home page with a pop up that says verified, this is very cool. I want all this, we us joomla here [login to view URL] and currently list our distributors but this does not make our distributors happy to have their competition listed.
