[login to view URL] ( hidden ) is a website that update itself every few minutes with a new image link I need a script that will save the file_get_contents result into variable $varxx but I need it to save it for 60 second. Every 60 second it will do the file_get_contents once again, there is over 10 000 visitor per hours on this script, and it is making my [login to view URL] website laggy, so i want the file_get_contents to happen only once per minute, and save the content for all visitor inside that 1 minute period, so even if the [login to view URL] website update 3 time in the 1 minute, it wont matter, all visitor will be served the same image for that 1 minute period. You could safe the image in a session. And after 60 seconds you could update the session.. For every 1minute i think you need a cronjob
