I just wrote a script for someone that grabbed a web page and searched it for any occurrence of a specific phrase, then stored the sentence that the phrase was in to a SQL database. I could build you a simple web tool that allows you to type in a URL, then press a button, and have the code search that URL and extract all of the text.
