I would like a PHP script that compares text between a database server and a website (it should compare the text wich is between 2 pre-defined tags). A seal should represent the validity of the text on the website (Valid / Not valid / Under acceptance). If one clicks on the seal should see the info about the text and the differences if there are any.
I need 'admin', 'reseller', 'user', 'guest' user levels with different privileges.
I would like to stay under $500.
