CLASSIFIED ADS MY WAY

I'm looking for a full craigslist, kijiji site, but to look and feel how i want it. I have seen many script sites selling these as templates but i want it to look the way i want. I have already had login/registration etc created & want to keep what i have, i also want to keep the structure as it keeps the site easier to maintain. This project may have to be split into several seperate jobs & be paid by each job. I would also appreciate having telephone contact with you on a regular basis. This may also turn into a long term position. Please NO time wasters, NO portfolios unless you have created a similar site. I dont have time to look at them all. Everyone will tell me they can do it but what seperates you from the rest? Payment will probably be stage, once a task is complete you shall be paid, NO EXCEPTIONS, do not bid unless you accept this.
