Broken Link Checker (VIDEO HOST.. ie. smotri, megavideo)

I need someone to build me a link checker which will check a webpage, look through it for a specific character (such as "404 not found") and report to me if it is broken or not. An example of what I am looking for is the cavern links checker, which can check links to video hosts like megavideo novamov. The problem is it does not check all of the other major video hosts..., and this is where I need someone to help me build something that will. For example, for smotri, the link below works just fine [login to view URL] but, f this link (which has a video which has been removed) does not work: [login to view URL] All pages which have videos removed for smotri forward to a page which says: Видео не прошло модерацию (in russian it means video did not pass moderation) So I would need someone to make a script which would check a list of links to smotri, and if any of the links forward to a page which says " Видео не прошло модерацию " it would let me know. Similarly, we will do this with other video hosts, and I will pay you an agreed upon price per video host we do depending on how efficient the script itself is. I do not need it for megavideo, loombo, or nomanov as the cavern links checker already works for those.
