Backlink tool - Yahoo API, Linkscape API

I'm looking for a simple multiple backlink checker tool,

A form will allow me to add multiple URLs, which will then be checked for number of backlinks with the Yahoo and Linkscape API.

If it cannot be done with Yahoo then just linkscape would be good or Altavista or All the Web. Any recommendations on the most accurate API for checking backlinks are welcomed.

This will be bulit in PHP, attached is some code that used to work but no longer doers so this could be a simple job.

The results are displayed in a HTML table and possible emailed if this is an easy function.

Also will need to have the option to set a delay between requests.

I also need this done quite quickly.
