Autoaccount/billing/support script

Hi I am building a series of Internet business sites and I would like to have a central account/billing system created to automate many of the daily tasks I will have with running these sites. I will only be running with e-gold as payment gateway. I will be running a hosting company so the script will need to be able to create hosting accounts automatically. As there is no subscription payment option with e-gold I will need the script to automatically send out invoices to the clients when a payment is due. The accounts should automatically be suspended if the invoice is not paid within a set period of time. The program should be much like [login to view URL] but not as complicated. If you accept the project I will go into further detail. The script should also have a built in advertising system as I will run a advertising site where people can purchase banner and google adsense like text ads on the entire network of sites. The advertisers should automatically create their accounts where they can purchase the various types of advertising packages and view the stats for their orders. The entire system should work automatically, so when a person purchases a package, the ad will automatically go into rotation when I have approved the order from the admin area. The approval should be a simple 'one click on a button' approval process. The billing part of the script should be able to handle any type of product or service I would want to sell. The system could be setup much like [login to view URL], but that script is setup as a shopping cart which is not what I want. I want to be able to setup any number of services or products, and a simple hyperlink to the ordering process for that service or product will be available when the product or service is added to the system. I will be running all the different business from my domain [login to view URL] but each business will run as subdomains so hosting will by [login to view URL] so the script should be able to work across this. I only want one single central billing/accounting system for all sites. The accounting part should be setup so I can every month print out a report of the transactions made for that particular month, with income, refunds etc. View the total transactions for each day, month year etc. Choose if I want to view all transactions, just income, just refunds and payments etc. The script should also include a central affiliate program. I should be able to choose which of my different services and products should be available for the affiliate program on a site bases. So if I only want the affilliate to be able to promote my hosting services then I choose hosting and the rest of my services will not be available in the affiliate members section. I will go into further detail when a project agreement has been made. Last but not least I would also like to have the script include a ticket support system + live support which I can switch on when ever I'm online to support my clients.
