AsianPay addon for phpBB subscription mod

I need someone to add AsianPay - [login to view URL] to the mod addon for phpBB which allows group subscriptions via Paypal IPN... [login to view URL] This mod allows users to pay for access to forums using Paypal, I wish them to also be able to use AsianPay. It should be an either or type of thing, where they can choose either one. The admin should then be able to use the ACP to look thru the IPN log or make changes. The mod in its current form allows people to use Paypal or a credit card thru Paypal to pay for access to a group. The group can then be setup to allow access to a specific forum(s). While I cannot afford much for this, when the job is complete, it will be hosted by the mod forum, and given freely for all to use. You are more then welcome to place your information into the mod file for future contacts for projects, your contact information will be left open for all to see. Also I beleive most of the work is already complete in the form of a template of what is needed and adding on to the mod is only needed. On special note, while the author of the Paypal IPN subscription mod, has no time for adding in AsianPay, he is willing to verify the work is correct, to make sure there are no holes or security breaches.
