Add Ajax to form

I have Microsoft SQL Server as database connected with PHP. Right now, some queries take a lot of time to execute. It's full page refresh at the moment. There is one link in grid in same page. This grid contains a Hyperlink column.

I want to implement Ajax in the page so there will be a Ajax loader when some search is being performed or when u click hyperlink it will reload only updated grid.

Full page refresh is not needed in any case.

You will be required to come on Team Viewer to complete the task as I don't have the database because it's connected with some external API which cannot be shared.
